O bag digital Gift Cards may be purchased on www.obag.eu.

 

O bag digital Gift Cards are regulated by the following terms and conditions:

 

The O bag digital Gift Card is intended exclusively for the purchase of articles sold on www.obag.eu

 

• The O bag digital Gift Card cannot be purchased or spent in O bag stores
• O bag digital Gift Cards are available in two formats: fixed amount (€50, €100, €150), variable amount (minimum €10, maximum €500); the selected amount will be regulated using the payment methods accepted on the obag.eu site.
• The O bag digital Gift Card is not reloadable and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. It cannot be used or refunded after the expiry date.
• The O bag digital Gift Card may be used for one or more purchases and may be integrated with other payment methods in the event the initial value is insufficient to purchase the desired articles.
• The amount loaded on the card does not accrue interest.
• Purchasers of a digital Gift Card will receive a proof of purchase indicating the amount loaded and the date of issue, from which date the card is valid for 6 months.
• This document must be preserved for the period of validity of the digital Gift Card.
• Customers can check the balance on the digital Gift Card at any time by accessing their Account on the official O bag online store.

The O bag digital Gift Card belongs to the bearer. In the event of loss, theft or damage, the card cannot be blocked, refunded or substituted either wholly or partially. O bag cannot be held liable for any improper or fraudulent use of O bag digital Gift Cards.

 

O bag digital Gift Cards cannot be returned in exchange for cash.

 

In the event of the return of an article purchased using an O bag digital Gift Card for the entire amount, the card will be reloaded with the amount spent for the purchase. If the article was purchased using the Gift Card plus another form of payment, the Gift Card will be reloaded with the amount spent on the card and the rest refunded with the additional form of payment used.  E.g. Purchase value €100, of which €50 paid with Gift Card and €50 with credit card. The refund will be made by reloading with Gift Card with €50 and refunding €50 to the credit card used.

The purchase and use of O bag digital Gift Cards implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. Valid and updated terms and conditions will be published from time to time on www.obag.eu . All disputes regarding the use of O bag digital Gift Cards will be resolved in accordance with Italian law.
