REGULATIONS FOR THE SPECIAL PROMOTION

“XMAS PACK”

PROMOTER: Full Spot S.p.a., with registered offices at Via L. Galvani 1 – 35011 Campodarsego (PD) and VAT no. ​04434510287​ (hereinafter “the Promoter"), with the aim of promoting and incentivising the sale of its products, presents the promotion scheme “Xmas Pack”.

NAME: “Xmas Pack”

TYPE: promotion scheme in accordance with Presidential Decree no. 430/2001.

PERIOD OF OPERATION: the promotion will run from 2/12/2020 to 25/12/2020 on the O bag online shop.
AREA OF VALIDITY: Italy and overseas.

ELIGIBILITY: all adult customers of O bag.

MODE OF OPERATION:Customers who purchase the following during the promotional period:
• 1 O clock dial + 3 straps
or
• 1 O clock great dial + 3 straps
will receive a free dial O clock or O clock great of their choice from the available colours and models.

Items purchased will be presented in a special promotional tin of a colour chosen at random depending on availability.

Customers are entitled to only one free gift for each purchase of items included in the promotion.

PRODUCTS PROMOTED/AFFECTED: promotional products are any silicon straps and O clock or O clock great dials purchased at full retail price.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other current promotions.

FREE GIFTS AT PARTICIPATING SALES OUTLETS: an O clock or O clock great dial, with a minimum value of 10€/$/£ and a maximum value of 80€/$/£ (including VAT).
The free gift cannot be exchanged for money.

NUMBER OF FREE GIFTS, DESCRIPTION AND MARKET VALUE: the promoter undertakes to provide 1 free O clock or O clock great dial with a unit market value between 10€ and 55€ including VAT.
