Placing an order in time for Christmas
To make sure you receive your purchases in time for Christmas, please place your order no later than 12:00 on 16 December.
Verify your data
Check that all shipping addresses you have entered in the "My Addresses" section within "My Account" are correct and up-to-date.
Check that the telephone number you have entered is correct and valid, in case you have not entered it yet, we advise you to do so, our Customer Care or the Courier will be able to contact you if necessary.
If necessary, immediately change the information, which can often be incorrect and/or incomplete, to avoid lengthening delivery times.
The most frequent cases of incorrect or incomplete addresses are:
missing or incorrect street or street name,
missing or incorrect postal code (postcode),
missing or incorrect house number,
recipient's name on the doorbell missing or incorrect.

We offer several options to choose from so you can pay in total security.
Extended return
For the Christmas period, we have modified our return policy by increasing the number of days available to return your purchases.
For all items shipped between 29 November 2024 and 31 December 2024, inclusive, you may request a return within 60 days of the delivery date of your purchases.
Our normal return policies, which allow returns within 30 days of delivery of purchased items, will again apply to orders shipped after 1 January 2025.
